Welcome to the Business Services Transformation Programme (BSTP), a key driving force in the modernisation agenda within Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland (HSCNI).

The BSTP will transform the way that some of the critical business functions in HSCNI Trusts and organisations are delivered. Through modern technology, standardised processes and organisational improvements, BSTP aims to increase operational effectiveness in a range of business functions such as HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement and Logistics in a shared services environment.

The programme of work will finish March 2013 and will contribute to savings of over £100m in the next decade.
